When you're in Survival Mode - when your stress hormones pour through your bloodstream, prompting the displacement of blood from your torso and into your arms and legs (fight or flight) - three things happen: First, your development is delayed. Second, your immune system is compromised. Third, your mental functions are impaired.
And Dr. Bruce Lipton concludes that the central threat signal inducing this Survival Mode is fear.
The assignment for this week is to take a free day from fear.
