ADULT EDUCATION TEAM*
Purpose: The Adult Education Team is responsible for providing an environment of excellence in specific to adult education and enrichment offerings. Team members prepare the physical space and all materials to assure maximal welcome for all, handle moneys in accord with established protocols, fulfill appropriate registration and recordkeeping functions and assist instructors as-requested.
Team Lead: Dr. Richard Loren Held
Purpose: The Angel Team is responsible for contributing to the maximal welcome and comfort of all visiting presenters. Team members facilitate introductions, building orientation, load-in-and load-out support, sales support, personal support and beyond, with efficiency and effectiveness during services and special events.
Team Lead: Michelle Van Eyck
Purpose: The Audio/Visual team is responsible for supporting and maximizing the spiritual experience with high-quality audio and visual services. Team members offer their gifts with forethought, efficiency, reliability and an unparalleled commitment to customer service.
Team Lead: Cameron Sullivan
Purpose: The Deposit Team is responsible for prayerfully, gratefully and faithfully receiving and preparing all financial gifts. Team members count the receipts from the various streams as they demonstrate divine sufficiency, create deposit documents and deliver said deposit to the bank – all in strict keeping with established protocols.

GIFT SHOP TEAM*
Purpose: The Gift Shop Team is responsible for offering items of inspiration and education in keeping with UIL’s commitment to Fair Trade and otherwise ethical business practices! Team members facilitate an environment of welcome, kindness and intention for all guests.
Team Lead: Marian Justham and Susan Meston
Purpose: The Grounds Team is responsible for facilitating maximal welcome by monitoring and maintaining the grounds of UIL. Team members actively support UIL’s commitment to a safe, intentional and attractive physical plant for all guests and members.
Team Lead: Cheryl Jones
Purpose: The Hospitality Team is responsible for facilitating conversation and connection among guests. Team members provide largely vegetarian, humanely-sourced, organic/GMO-free refreshments following services and during special events.

Purpose: The Shuttle Team is responsible for “removing the parking lid” from UIL’s services and events. Team members provide safe, clean, courteous and intentional transportation between satellite parking areas and UIL’s front door. “It’s more than driving in a circle!”

Purpose: The Welcome Team is responsible for being that compelling first impression of UIL! Team members create an atmosphere of maximal welcome by preparing all physical spaces and by providing individualized welcome to each guest, before, during and after services and events.

YOUTH AND FAMILY MINISTRIES*
Purpose: The Youth and Family Ministries Team facilitates Unity-appropriate spiritual growth and enrichment for youth and families in a safe, fun, positive, inclusive and welcoming environment. If you want to make a difference for generations to come, this could be the team for you!.
