Qi Gong for Health and WellBeing

Please join us for Qi Gong.  This ancient Chinese health care system integrates movements and breathing to bring revitalization and balance to the body-mind-spirit.  The class is geared for beginners and will be led by Anila Goldie who brings her many years of practice to share with us.
